<br><strong>Execution:</strong>
Start a small run-up and as you can see I use a splitfoot technique to push of. It may seem like some sort of backflip with a hand placed on the wall, but it is much more a different kind of wallspin. You turn around your right hand which you place downwards on the wall, so you can keep your body better from the wall and to get a bit more height. It is really important that you swing your legs hard, this is where you get most of your rotation from. It is good to try this first on a non-straight wall / rail, there you have a bit more room for your legs, so that you do not crush in the wall.
