Description
The bayo, a frontflip with a 180 degree turn.Execution: Start a medium run-up and in this video I use the splitfoot technique to push of. The way you swing of your arms here is really important, because that is how you get your momentum for this move. Try to use your arms by putting them up. When you push of to perform the flip move your left arm/shoulder towards your right shin, to make the small spin. When you take off on a ledge try to use a good blocking technique to push your body more upwards to get high enough. You can look at the spot where you are landing, this is why it is maybe easier to perform than a frontflip, but you must be aware of the technique of the frontflip.
Tips:
- Make sure you are warmed up before attempting this trick.
- Use your arms to get momentum.
- Knowing a frontflip makes this trick easier.
