2 Step wallflip

The two step wall flip, sometimes seen in action movies. Looks difficult but actually is quite easy to perform.Execution: The 2 step wallflip is a backflip on a wall while placing 2 steps on it. You do not have to be familiar with the backflip, however it might be a good idea to check the techniques from the backflip, to help you during the wallflip. At first it is good to know where you place your feet on the wall, so calculate this while you run back and forth some times to check. You want your strongest leg to be your kicking leg (the leg that you place on the wall first!) As you can see i prepare myself to walk further on the wall, to actually make a smooth curve with my body weight. Try to go high with your first step and to push of the wall with the last one. If you find it hard to make a straight flip, try to look at a (imaginary) vertical line on the ceiling.
Tips:
- Make sure you are warmed up before attempting this trick.
- it is easier when you know a normal backflip.
