Description
Toprock, one of the basic moves of breakdancing. To get you warm and pumped up.Execution: Step right foot in front of your left with arms held backwards. Hop forward on your right foot while sending your left back. Now make the transition, allowing your left foot to swing forward halfway as your right goes back halfway. Return the left foot before right while pumping backward with arms Swing forward with your left and back with the right foot. Return left foot to origin while pushing your arms forward.
Tips:
- Warm up your muscles before trying this trick.
- Swing your legs hard enough to get the momentum you need.
